BTRUSSIA: What would you recommend to try from the Bulgarian national food and what to bring home as a souvenir?

Katina: Our national food is very tasty and for sure you should try our meatballs and peppers with rice. We have very good vegetables (tomatoes and cucumbers) and we have a special salad – Shopska salad, you should try it, it is very tasty. And of course we have fresh seafood in Sozopol. Speaking of souvenirs here you can choose anything you want (postcards, magnets and other)…

BTRUSSIA: Players on EBTC are well experienced professionals. They know all the details that should be provided by the organizers, etc. What do you think, they expect from the organizers in Sozopol?

Katina: I think, they expect good organization, good hotel and the most important – the courts. Good ground on the courts, sun and good weather and maybe players party. Today we have opening ceremony at 18:00 and after we have players party.
