The member of the national Russian team in beach tennis: Lyudmila Nikoyan actively develops and promotes this initiative:

"After some talks with leaders of a beach schools of Moscow, St.-Petersburg, Saratov, Samara, Yaroslavl, Rybinsk, Obninsk, Engels and Ulyanovsk last months, I came to the conclusion that we are ready for the next step in the development of beach tennis in Russia - the creation of a large number of Clubs and the Championship of Russia among club teams," says Lyudmila.

Despite numerous requests for inclusion in the 2016 championship clubs, the championship is held in test mode and with a limited number Club (10) this year. However, there are some plans in the future to consider all the features and approach next season with all seriousness and accumulated experience! With the support of the RTF and Dmitry Vikharev there is an idea to give the Championships the status of official and included in the action plan in the season 2017 (Jan - Dec 2017).
