Record number of teams to travel to Moscow

The 2016 ITF Beach Tennis World Team Championship will see a record number of teams participating, with 33 nations sending teams to the event.

This year, eight nations which have never previously competed will send teams: Algeria, Chile, Egypt, Finland, Poland, Slovenia, Tunisia and USA.

The Championship begins on 12 July at the National Tennis Centre in Moscow.

Entered Nations: Algeria, Austria, Belarus, Brazil, Bulgaria, Chile, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Japan, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Morocco, Poland, Portugal, Russia, San Marino, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, Thailand, Tunisia, USA, Venezuela

Junior Competition Entries: Belarus, Brazil, Egypt, Estonia, Germany, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Venezuela
